A MESSAGE and AN APPEAL

To: The Officers and Members of ANTIQUE CIRCLE, U.S.A., Inc., our valued supporters and friends and to the young Antiqueños:

You elected me as your President in December, 2002. I accepted the responsibility with vigor, enthusiasm, and anticipation. I was enthusiastic and eager to give my ALL to carry on the excellent work started by my predecessors. ACUSA has done marvelous deeds for the betterment of our beloved Antique province and I stand tall and very proud of our achievements.
 

    Looking back, I report with a smile that we have accomplished the following the past 4 years:

1. Scholarship program
2. Medical Mission
3. Donation of wards at the Ramon Maza Memorial Hospital, Sibalom, Antique
4. Donation of a Health Center, Culasi, Antique

    At this juncture, I would like to acknowledge the officers and members of ACUSA and commend them for their unwavering support for our projects. I give special acknowledgment to my soul mate and my children who have extended their love to my ACUSA family.
 

    Six months from now, I will step down as your leader. The four SHORT years of shepherding the flock was very rewarding. I have developed a deep camaraderie and faith in our organization. I have high hopes and aspirations that all of us will venture new dreams for our Kasimanwas. I pledge my support to the next President and set of officers. I will be with you, always.
 

     Mabuhay ang ACUSA! Let us forge forward and campaign for members and fresh ideas. I would like to see the Youth come in and join ACUSA. You have so much to contribute. The torch has to be passed on. Let this message be a challenge as well as an appeal.
